Anthony Joshua will take on American fighter Andy Ruiz Jr in his US debut following a series of frustrating delays.
The British boxing superstar had been due to defend his belts at Wembley Stadium on April 13 before talks with his preferred three opponents all fell through.
Jarrell Miller had been due to face Joshua in Madison Square Garden, New York City before a drugs controversy left the 22-win heavyweight searching for a new opponent on June 1.
Joshua knocked out Alexander Povetkin in September, handing the tough Russian his first knockout defeat in Round 7.
The win meant Joshua successfully defended his IBF, WBA, WBO and IBO belts.
What is Anthony Joshua's net worth?
According to Forbes, Joshua’s net worth is in the region of £30million ($39m).
The 28-year-old took home around £20m following his victory over Joseph Parker and reportedly earned a similar amount from his bout with Povetkin.

Who will Anthony Joshua fight next?
Jarrell Miller was set to take on Joshua before the American failed multiple drugs tests, but the Briton will now fight Ruiz Jr, who said: "This is my advantage to take what's mine - the WBO championship.
"I'm going straight into training. I think he's the best one out there. I'm here to pull out the upset."
If the fans want me to fight Fury, I'd do it in a heartbeat. It is unbelievable that we are leading the pack in a great heavyweight era.
Luis Ortiz was touted as a possible opponent, but a spat between the fighter's representatives and Eddie Hearn, who promotes Joshua, has put paid to that prospect.
Ruiz Jr has only lost once in his career and has been praised by Hearn.
Speaking last year about a potential showdown with Fury, Joshua said: "If the fans want me to fight him, I'd do it in a heartbeat.
"It is unbelievable that we are leading the pack in a great heavyweight era."
