Poldark’s politics packing a punch
IF YOU think today’s politicians enjoy a bruising debate in the Commons, that's nothing compared to their 18th century counterparts.
In last night's episode of Poldark, new MP Ross made his maiden speech.
But he soon takes matters into his own hands when he sorts out some fisticuffs at Nampara.
The brawl erupts when Ross's long-time friend Tholly gets in a tangle after he has a liaison with a woman already taken.
Paul Daniel, played by Ed Browning also gets in on the action.
