Experts Phil Serrell and Arusha ‘Roo’ Irvine were having a bad day at the office when they both made a loss with their selection of items.
As the auction gradually got worse for the dealers, they made the executive decision to quit while they were ahead and set about storming tomorrow’s episode.
Newcomer Arusha sighed: “If I don’t laugh, I’ll cry! And we had better keep laughing.”
Phil had had enough and urged Arusha to leave with him

Road Trip stalwart Phil was more positive about the outcome, telling his competitor: “One more leg!
“We had better go and spend some money,” he said as he walked out of the auction hall.
Phil hasn’t had much luck at all this week, after being slapped by an insulted seller on yesterday’s instalment.
The expert tried to buy a horse, but found that he couldn’t understand the farmer’s strong accent.
Clearly insulted by Phil’s attempts at charming him, the seller slapped him on the hand in the distaste.
Antiques Road Trip continues tomorrow on BBC One at 4.30pm.
