MANY of those tuning into Good Morning Britain today were thrilled to find Eamonn Holmes presenting the ITV show with Charlotte Hawkins.

As Piers Morgan and co-host Susanna Reid enjoy their summer break, the former Sky News presenter replaced the 52-year-old.
He joined his former presenter Charlotte as they interviewed health secretary Jeremy Hunt as well as Love Island stars Kem Cetinay and Amber Davies.
Viewers were thrilled to see Eamonn return to breakfast television and took to Twitter to praise Piers' replacement, with many begging producers to make it permanent.

However, not everyone was impressed with the summer presenting line-up, with one viewer commenting: "Back to scripted banality again! Hurry back Piers and Susanna."
