Piers Morgan CLASHES with UKIP leader Paul Nuttall over Burka Ban: 'It's total hypocrisy'
PIERS MORGAN certainly didn't hold back during an intense interview with UKIP party leader and burka ban supporter, Paul Nuttall, during Good Morning Britain today.
Piers Morgan slams Paul Nuttall: This is total hypocrisy
The MEP told the presenter that the muslim population in the UK is doubling and he did not want the community to be allowed to operate their own courts.
He went on to note that he did not agree with women's rights being subjugated, adding: "You can't fully integrate into society with a burka or niqab."
But, Piers was not impressed with his opinion and was quick to quiz the politician on why he objected to Sharia Law but not the Jewish courts which operated in a similar way.
He slammed: "You cited that one of the reasons why you object to Sharia Law is the way women's rights are subjugated but you know, I am sure, that in the Jewish courts system in this country that women's rights are subjugated, a woman cannot get a divorce if a man does not agree to that. Did you know that?"

"Yes I did," Paul responded.
The interview quickly became very heated when Piers then demanded to know why Paul had differing opinions regarding the two religions, commenting: "Here we have another religion…"
However, he was unable to finish before the 40-year-old tried to cut in leading Piers to bark: "Hang on, let me finish my question!"

When Paul was silenced, he continued: "Here we have another religion where women are subjugated and cannot get a divorce if the man says, 'No,' and they're operating their own court. So, if I'm a Muslim, I'm looking at that and saying, 'Well hang on, this is total hypocrisy'."
Despite the presenter's probing, Paul side stepped the question simply stating: "Look right, even the Prime Minister thinks there's an issue."
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays on ITV at 6am.
