The reality star was left with a dislocated shoulder after a terrifying fall on the slopes, which was all captured on film.
The 27-year-old is heard screaming in pain as he hurtles down the piste before swerving to miss someone and flying into the security fence.
The horrific moment was captured during rehearsals for the Channel 4 show, which saw medics rushing over to help.
Spencer immediately told them about his shoulder and he was soon back on his feet, explaining what had happened directly to the camera.

Spencer continued: "I always look at the red nets and I'm like, 'They're mental, they're never going to stop anyone." But, if that wasn't there I'd be in the snow cross course."

Meanwhile, Sir Bradley announced that despite his injury being only "small", he'd have to withdraw due to a fracture to his leg.
"Good news no surgery or cast required. No horror smash, small training injury which means I can't compete," he posted.
