US Election 2016: Viewers want Andrew Neil replaced as stars fear Donald Trump win
ANDREW NEIL came under fire from BBC viewers as he covered the US election as the final votes for Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are counted.

The news anchor was accused of making the election more "stressful" for those at home as he hosted the show live from New York's Times Square with many calling for him to be replaced.
Many quickly became frustrated with Andrew as he made a number of jokes about the possible result of the presidential race.
People rushed to social media to slam the 67-year-old journalist and insist he provide a more serious report or be replaced by someone else – one viewer even joked Graham Norton should have presented in Eurovision-style.
One user tweeted: "I wish David Dimbleby was covering this election. It's stressful enough without Andrew Neil."

While another added: "Should've gone full Eurovision on this and replace Andrew Neil with Graham Norton #ElectionNight #bbc."
Others slammed the hosts presenting, with one viewer writing: "One of the biggest nights in political history and Andrew Neil making s*** jokes. Unacceptable."
Another continued: "Dear BBC, Andrew Neil really isn't the calming force you'd like to be guiding you down this nerve-wracking horror story."
It comes as many celebrities have been taking to Twitter to share their fear that Donald Trump could become the next president.
Cher, 70, tweeted: "IF [toilet] WINS, HE WILL STILL BE WHAT HE IS NOW… A PETTY, VENGEFUL, COWARD. AS GERMANY WAS IN THE 30′s, THERE'S AN ANGER, A RAGE, THAT HAS CONSUMED OUR [America]."

While chat show host James Corden revealed he had "Brexit feelings" and celebrity chef Nigella Lawson asked: "Comfort eating choices right now?"
Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling added: "One way or another, history will surely be made tonight. Let it be the good kind. Please, please let it be the good kind. #ElectionNight."
This Morning presenter Philip Schofield tweeted nervously: "Holy c***! It's close #ElectionNight."
The presidential election results are expected to be revealed around 4am UK time, with Trump currently leading with 244 to Clinton's 209.
