Viewers fume as Stephen Lawrence Crimewatch feature 'ruined by idiots in the background'
VIEWERS tuning into Crimewatch last night were left outraged when a feature about Stephen Lawrence's murder was "ruined" by "idiotic" members of the public lingering in the background.

The show revealed that new evidence has been discovered regarding the murder of the 18-year-old.
Presenter Jeremy Vine reported police were searching for a mystery woman after they found DNA 23 years on from Stephen's death.
Broadcast on the eve of what would have been his 42nd birthday and just yards from the place where he was murdered, viewers slammed those in the background for showing "no respect".
Many took to social media to express their disgust at the "idiots" and "wannabe reality TV stars" who jumped around behind Jeremy during the outside broadcast.

The feature focussed on new evidence which had been found about Stephen Lawrence's murder
One viewer tweeted: "#crimewatch ruined by the idiots in the background I don't see the worth of these outside broadcasts, the kid on the bike should be in bed."
Another added: "#Crimewatch Well done to the camera person trying to keep those stupid kids in the background off TV @BBCCrimewatch Some people = no respect."
"Don't think live outside broadcast of #Crimewatch is working. Very serious matters with idiots pulling faces in the background. No respect," a third shared.
