The Real Marigold Hotel: Viewers call for a second series of Indian retirement series
VIEWERS are calling for BBC Two to make a second series of The Real Marigold Hotel, after the factual series came to an end tonight.
The cast of The Real Marigold Hotel
The three-part programme saw a group of older famous faces travelling to India to explore the possibility of retiring there - just like in the Hollywood film The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel.
However, many people called for the show to return again for a second run.
Tracey Farmer appealed to the channel on Twitter, writing: "@BBCTwo can I be in the 2nd series please #realmarigoldhotel."
"Just like the film we shall be expecting a sequel thank you. #realmarigoldhotel," said Simon Rowley.
