GB News came to an unexpected halt minutes into the evening show as they shared a major update on the US-Israeli war. On Sunday night (March 30), Ben Leo returned to the airwaves, where he discussed the latest news hitting the headlines. It didn't take long for things to turn political, as the 36-year-old broadcaster shared a major update from Donald Trump on the Iran war from across the pond.

As the US President boarded his aircraft, Air Force 1, he revealed that negotiations with Iran appear to be improving. He told the world's press: "We've had very good negotiations today with Iran, getting a lot of the things that they should have given us a long time ago. We'll see how it works out, but it was very good; we're moving along very nicely.

"They've destroyed more additional targets today, the navy's gone, the air force is gone, we know that. We've destroyed many, many targets today, so it's a big day, and we are negotiating with them, directly and indirectly.

"We have emissaries who are also dealing directly, and they've agreed to send eight boats two days ago, now they've added another two, so there are 10 boats. And now, today, they gave us, I don't know, I can't define it exactly, but they gave us a thing, a sign of respect, 20 boats of oil.

"Big, big boats of oil going through the Hormuz Strait, and that's taking place at the start of tomorrow morning over the next couple of days, a lot of boats. I would only say that we're doing extremely well in that negotiation." However, he added: "But you never know with Iran because we negotiate with them and then we always have to blow them up."

But the politician reassured Americans, explaining: "I think we'll do a deal with them pretty soon, it's possible we won't, but we've had regime change because one regime was desimated, destroyed, they're all dead. The next regime is mostly dead, and the third regime, we're dealing with different people than anybody's dealt with before; it's a whole different group of people.

"So, I would consider that regime change, and frankly, they've been very reasonable, so I think we've had regime change, and you can't do much better than that." It comes after Trump vowed to hit Iran "harder than ever before" in a fresh warning that threatens to unleash "hell" upon the country.

It didn't take long before viewers flocked to X - formerly known as Twitter - to share their thoughts and concerns on the new update online. One user penned: "There hasn't been a regime change. It's the same regime only different people. Ask the long-suffering Iranian people how they feel about this 'regime change'. Come on Trump, nobody is buying that."

Another argeed: "They didn't give him s**t. They didn't agree to the 15 points before the war started. Why would they concede anything now that they're controlling the strait and have destroyed 13 of your most important bases?"

A third pointed out: "He contradicts himself like a 1,000 times in the same interview. We are negotiating, maybe not but we are reaching an agreement or we won't." The latest statement from The White House on Sunday evening (March 29), declared that Iran "had already been defeated" and any further violence will be due to its inability to accept this.

The warning said: "President Trump does not bluff. He is prepared to unleash hell. There does not need to be any more death and destruction. But if Iran fails to accept the reality of the current moment, if they fail to understand that they have been defeated militarily and will continue to be, President Trump will ensure they are hit harder than they have ever been hit before.

"Iran should not miscalculate again. Their last miscalculation cost them their senior leadership, their navy, their air force and their air defence system. Any violence beyond this point will be because the Iranian regime refused to understand they have already been defeated and refused to come to a deal."
