New shock footage from United Airlines flight shows bloodied doctor begging 'JUST KILL ME'
SHOCKING new footage has emerged of a United Airlines passenger, forcibly dragged off an overbooked flight, repeatedly pleading “just kill me”.
United Airlines: Bleeding doctor dragged from airplane
The original video sparked outrage after it showed several police officers yanking the doctor from his seat and pulling him along the floor of the plane.
He had been told to leave the overbooked flight to allow for a United Airlines member of staff to travel.
Now a new clip appears to show the same distressed man with a bloodied face continuously telling airline staff “just kill me”.
Gripping the curtain of the passenger jet, which was due to travel from Chicago to Louisville, the unnamed man can also be heard saying “I just want to go home”.

The airline claims the man was removed by law enforcement officers after he refused to leave the aircraft voluntarily.
Despite the footage, United Airlines accused the man of being “more and more disruptive and belligerent” before he had to be ejected.
The chief executive, Oscar Munoz, said employees had “followed established procedures”.

In a letter to staff, obtained by US media, he wrote: “We sought volunteers and then followed our involuntary denial of boarding process (including offering up to $1,000 in compensation).
"When we approached one of these passengers to explain apologetically that he was being denied boarding, he raised his voice and refused to comply with crew member instructions.
“He was approached a few more times after that in order to gain his compliance to come off the aircraft, and each time he refused and became more and more disruptive and belligerent.

Mr Munoz added: “Our agents were left with no choice but to call Chicago Aviation Security Officers to assist in removing the customer from the flight. He repeatedly declined to leave.”
The Chicago Department of Aviation says one of the three officers involved in the chaotic scenes has since been placed on leave.
