Three people rushed to hospital after car ploughs into pedestrians in French city centre
THREE people have been hurt after a horror car smash in Bordeaux.
Three men were hurt after a car crashed into three pedestrians in Bordeaux
The victims, all men, were struck on Rue Esprit Des Lois - a major street in the heart of the French city.
The pedestrians were hit just feet away from the Grand Theatre in the city’s tourist district.
Two of the men, age 25 and 33, were taken to hospital in a serious condition following the incident.
The third man, aged 40, managed to escape without serious injury.
The accident took place in the centre of Bordeaux
An investigation is underway to determine how and why the accident occurred.
The collision took place at around 4pm local time (3pm GMT).
