Donald Trump ‘already drafted’ plans to build the wall & ‘set out tough immigration laws'
DONALD Trump has already drafted plans on how he can build a wall along the border with Mexico and bring about tougher immigration controls for Muslims, it has been claimed.
Trump will accept part of his wall having to be fencing
Kansas Secretary of State, Kris Kobach, who is known for spearheading strict immigration laws in Arizona, claims he is a key member of Trump’s transition team and has been instrumental in drafting new immigration measures for the President-elect.
He claims he has prepared immigration policies which will enable the Republican to “hit the ground running” when he officially takes up his position as President in January.
He wants to bring about tougher security measures involving the “extreme vetting” of Muslims.

In particular, Kobach plans to introduce a national registry scheme he drafted while serving in George W Bush’s administration after September 11.
Under the program, known as the National Security Entry-Exit Registration System (NSEERS), Muslims from countries regarded as “higher risk” are interrogated and subjected to finger-printing upon entry into the States.
The scheme also requires non-US citizens over the age of 16 from countries with active militant threats to register at government offices and check in on a regular basis.

NSEERS was abandoned in 2011 after it was criticised by civil rights groups for unfairly targeting Muslims.
Mr Kobach also says he has come up with a plan for how the Homeland Security Department could begin constructing a Mexico border wall without requiring approval from Congress by using funds within the current budget.

Although he acknowledged “that future fiscal years well require additional appropriations.”
Mr Trump’s transition team has not confirmed Mr Kobach’s role within the administration.
