‘Peeping Tom' caught spying on teenage girl through bedroom window in dark of night
A “PEEPING TOM” has been arrested after being caught on CCTV as he allegedly spied on a 17-year-old girl through her bedroom window in the middle of the night.

The man can be seen lurking outside the teenager’s home as he allegedly attempted to catch a glimpse of her while she was sleeping.
The suspect is first seen peering into the windows in the front of the house in Arvada, Colorado, before walking to the front door.
After a short while the man then returns to the 17-year-old’s window to continue his spying on the sleeping girl.

Police rushed to the property after the girl’s father spotted the middle-aged white male.
Arvada Police Department wrote on social media: “Police were called to a residence in the 17000 block of W. 87th Avenue on August 7, 2016.
“A man reported that he had video of a stranger looking into the bedroom window of his 17-year-old daughter.

“The suspect is a middle-aged white male with short/shaved hair and a receding hairline, balding on the crown.
“He is seen wearing dark-rimmed plastic glasses which appear to be prescription, a light-colored t-shirt, light colored cargo shorts and tennis shoes.”
A man was arrested by the police force within 24 hours after releasing the creepy CCTV clip online.

Commander Michelle Moriarty of the Arvada Police Department said: “After the Arvada Police released surveillance video of a peeping Tom, thousands of people shared the video footage and within 24 hours, a suspect was identified.
“We are grateful that so many people shared the video footage and because of that, the suspect was quickly identified.”
