The president of the Italian Football Federation, Carlo Tavecchio, responded by condemning the vile anti-Semitic abuse.
He said: "We hope the relevant authorities can determine as soon as possible what happened and identify those responsible."

Over the past decade, there has been a steady rise in report of racist and anti-Semitic behaviour at football matches.
Figures released by the Observatory on Anti-Semitism show there were more than 650 incidents recorded between 2000 and 2015.
