Two charged as ANOTHER Police officer is killed after fatal shooting in San Diego
A POLICE officer with an anti-gang unit has been killed and another seriously wounded after a shooting at a traffic stop.

Two men are being held over the shooting after police swooped on a home an hour after the killing.
Jonathan DeGuzman and his colleague, Wade Irwin, had stopped a car in San Diego, California, before calling for emergency assistance.

The two men were discovered by back-up after having been shot.
Police officers heroically rushed DeGuzman to hospital in their car but the 43-year-old died of his injuries.
Mr Irwin is expected to survive after emergency surgery.

Armed police later raided a home in connection with the attack and arrested one man several streets away from the house after reportedly slipping away from a police cordon.
Police chief Shelley Zimmerman lauded the “heroic” officers that tried to save their colleague’s life.
