Factory collapse kills 10 people and leaves 150 trapped under rubble
AT least ten people have been killed and 150 people left trapped in rubble after a factory collapsed earlier today.
Rescuers have been fighting to rescue people trapped in the remains of a factory
The disaster happen near Lahore, Pakistan, at a facility that produced shopping bags.
Rescue workers have so far dug out 45 survivors.

About 200 labourers were present inside the building when it suddenly collapsed.
Rescue official Jam Sajjad Hussain said emergency teams were using heavy machinery to pull out bodies and survivors as dozens remained trapped under the rubble.
He said: "We have been informed that about 200 labourers were present inside the building when it suddenly collapsed."

The military said it was flying in a team of engineers and experts to Lahore to take part in the rescue.
The cause of the building collapse was not immediately clear. It came over a week after a magnitude-7.5 earthquake hit Pakistan, killing 273 people and damaging nearly 75,000 homes across the country.

And this is not the first time there have been deaths after an accident at a Pakistani factory.
In September 2012, 289 people burned to death in a fire at a garment factory in the southern city of Karachi.
On the same day, a fire at a shoe factory in Lahore killed 25.
