What was he ink-ing? Mugshot released of man with Bentley logo tattooed on his FOREHEAD
THIS hilarious mugshot shows a suspected criminal sporting a rather unusual tattoo – a BENTLEY logo on his FOREHEAD.
Derek Denesevich could hardly disguise himself when he was arrested by officers – ironically over claims he paid a court clerk to steal drivers' identities.
He has been charged with aggravated identity theft and conspiracy to possess unauthorised access devices.
It is unknown whether the 26-year-old, from Florida, USA, actually owns one of the luxury British cars, which sell from $220,000 (£130,000) in the US.
He has accepted responsibility for what he did and he is doing anything and everything in his power to make amends
He also has several other, somewhat blurry, tattoos on his face and neck.
Denesevich has been released on a $50,000 (£30,000) bond and barred from working in any job which involves having access to other people's personal information.
He is due back in court on Monday and, if convicted, could face seven years in prison.
Omar Guerra Johansson, Denesevich's lawyer, said: "He has accepted responsibility for what he did and he is doing anything and everything in his power to make amends."
