A 75-year-old woman, who had been critically injured, died overnight. Twenty more people remain in hospital, said an official.
The 33-year-old attacker, Nordine Amrani, committed suicide. A cleaner was later found shot in his shed.
Authorities ruled out terrorism as a motive, but have not yet come up with an explanation for the rampage.
