Horror in Dutch supermarket as four people are stabbed in broad daylight
Two people were rushed to the hospital and four arrested following the horror attack.
The stabbing took place this afternoon in a Dunya supermarket in the Duch city of 's-Hertogenbosch, colloquially known as Den Bosch.
Four men have now been arrested, with the first arrest taking place at 5.30pm local time (4.30pm BST).
In a subsequent update, a spokesperson from Unit East Brabant Police confirmed two victims were rushed to hospital with minor injuries.
Following the incident, police in the Churchilllaan area shared an update on X, formerly Twitter, and urged witnesses to come forward with information as “much is still unknown” about the violent attack.

They wrote: “On Churchillaan in #DenBosch a stabbing incident took place in a shop around 3.45pm (2.45pm BST).
“4 people were injured. Have you seen anything or do you know more? We'd love to hear it.”
Another update said: “Much is still unclear. That is why we conduct traces and neighborhood research at both the supermarket and the home.
“All victims are out of danger and two of them have been taken to hospital. Information and/or (camera) images? 0900-8844. Anonymously? Call 0800-7000”
