Joe Biden is a d*** head! Furious veteran blasts President in angry rant
JOE BIDEN has been branded a "d*** head" by an Afghanistan veteran who rubbished the President's decision to pull out of the country.
Afghanistan is 'new safe haven for terror' says Tobias Ellwood
Since the US President announced he would be pulling American troops out of the nation earlier this year, Taliban militants have seized a quarter of provincial capitals and two-thirds of the countryside. In response Royal Marine Ben McBean, who lost an arm and a leg in Afghanistan, has skewered Mr Biden.
Mr McBean, 33, was disappointed by Mr Biden’s comments saying Afghanistan troops “have got to want to fight”.
He told The Sun: “I saw Biden’s comments and I just thought, ‘d***head’.
“You can’t say ‘fend for yourselves’, when you know damned f****** well they can’t.
“That’s why we were there. It’s harsh to make out now that they have the resources to beat the Taliban when obviously they never have.
“He’s had enough. He doesn’t care. And it’s just going to be chaos there until it reaches our shores again.”

General Sir Richard Dannatt, former UK Army chief, said Mr Biden’s comments were heartless.
He added: “It is an indication they have gone and they don’t care.”
And General Sir Richard Barrons, a former joint chief, said: “There is plenty of room for regret. It was a profound strategic mistake.”
Asked if his plans had changed as Afghan forces collapse, President Biden said: “We spent over a trillion dollars over 20 years.
“We trained and equipped, with modern equipment, over 300,000 Afghan forces.
“We lost thousands to death and injury. They’ve got to fight for themselves, fight for their nation.”
Mr Biden said he does not regret the decision to withdraw from Afghanistan as the Taliban captures main cities.
Speaking to reporters at the White House on Tuesday, he noted the Afghan troops outnumber the Taliban and must want to fight.
He then said: “Afghan leaders have to come together.
“They have got to fight for themselves, fight for their nation.”
The US has spent more than $1 trillion over 20 years, and has lost 2,312 troops with 20,066 wounded since 2001.
The deadline for all US troops leaving Afghanistan is September 11.
Ryan Crocker, who served as ambassador to Afghanistan during Barack Obama’s administration, also said to Bloomberg TV’s: “This is a handover to the Taliban”.
The Afghan government, he said, now perceives "rightly that we have hung them out to dry. We did a deal with their enemy."
