Family trapped in home forced to eat SNOW after being cut off by Storm Emma
A FAMILY trapped in their home for five days during Storm Emma were forced to eat snow after they ran out of food leaving parents and children "traumatised" by the ordeal.

The family of six were forced to drink boiled snow after they were snowed into their home last week.
Tracy Crosbie claims her family were without food, water and heating for almost two days after the extreme weather lashed their hometown in Ireland.
She says her youngest daughter even suffered stomach pains after eating the melted snow.
Mum-of-four Tracy told the Irish Mirror she, her husband Alan, and their kids Alan, 23, Keith, 18, Bradley, 17, and Cleo, 8, were trapped in their home from Thursday until Monday.
