UK weather maps turn volcanic red as 32C June heatwave returns - 14 hottest counties
Temperatures are expected to rise back into the 30s again as the UK is forecast another heatwave
The UK is expected to be hit by extreme temperatures again as another heatwave is forecast.
Temperatures will rise to a high as 32C according to WXCharts weather maps that use MetDesk data.
The warm weather is expected to hit on June 17, with the highs lasting until the following day.
Across 13 counties, sunny periods and hot spells are predicted with temperatures widely reaching the high 20s.
On June 17, areas across the South and East Anglia are expected to enter the 30s, with London forecast to experience the warmest temperatures.
Other surrounding counties are also expected to see high temperatures with Kent, Essex, Hertforshire and Sussex sitting at around 29C.
The heatwave comes just weeks after record temperatures were recorded in May, with 34.8C being recorded at Kew Gardens in London.
The spring heatwave was a delight to much of the nation, but caused health issues and tragedies in the water.
The South appears to be much hotter than is expected elsewhere with areas in Scotland, Northern Ireland and many western coastal areas staying cooler, with temperatures in the late teens.
On Thursday, temperatures will continue to hike with 32C forecast in London, and nearby areas predicted 31C.
The maps change to a deep red as the intense heat is forecast on June 18.

The Met Office long range forecast covering these days highlights the possibility of highs in the south. It says: "The start of the period is likely to be relatively settled, with high pressure in the vicinity of the UK bringing drier conditions to most parts of the UK. However, some showers or spells of rain are still possible.
"Winds will mostly be light with temperatures probably above normal.
"Towards the end of June, low pressure may begin to have more of an influence, especially across the south, where heavy showers and thunderstorms become more probable. It may also become hot in parts of the south."
