UK weather forecast: Britain set for glorious sunshine but lockdown rules remain
BRITAIN is set to enjoy a fine start to the weekend on Saturday.
Met Office forecast ‘cooler air’ to hit UK after heatwave
It will be very warm and sunny for most of the country. The Met Office meteorologist giving the latest forecast explained what we should expect. They said: “Warm start to the weekend.
“Sunshine from the word go, any low misty clouds burning off through the morning.
“A bit of a breeze towards the northeast of Scotland, western Scotland as well.”
Along the east coast of England temperatures will be around the low 20C range.
Though it is expected to be higher the further north and west you go.
The forecaster continued: “In to Sunday it's pretty much the same thing.
“We're likely to see the cloud burn off overnight; it's going to be another warm night.”
Over Sunday, there may be a bit of low cloud around eastern Scotland.
There are no weather warnings for the entire UK for the next 7 days.

In England, there are no flood warnings or flood alerts.
The Scottish Environmental Protection Agency have similar readings for Scotland.
Natural Resources Wales (NRW) have the same.
NRW show very low risk of flooding in Wales up until Tuesday.

The Northern Ireland Department for Infrastructure shows no danger of flooding either.
Despite the positive weather, for now, coronavirus lockdowns remain in place.
Individuals are reminded not to leave the house except for essential trips, exercise, to assist others or to see one other person outside from a safe distance.

Social distancing is still required, making sure you do not go within two metres of any other person.
Individuals with gardens are allowed to venture into them.
But they are reminded to keep a distance from neighbours over the fence.
