Who is Noelle Dunphy? The woman suing former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani
The former New York Mayor is facing allegations that he demanded an employee give him oral sex while on the phone to Donald Trump
A former employee of ex-New York Mayor Rudy Guilani has filed a lawsuit accusing the politician of sexual assault. The woman alleges Guilani demanded she perform oral sex on him while he was on the phone to clients including Donald Trump.
Noelle Dunphy, a business consultant, worked for Guilani between 2019 and 2021. She says Giuliani discussed work matters with the-then President over the phone while demanding sexual acts.
In a 70-page lawsuit, Dunphy claims Guilani enjoyed the act as it "made him feel like Bill Clinton." She also cites audio recordings and says the former Mayor subjected her to sexual assault and harassment throughout her employment.
It reads: "He often demanded oral sex while he took phone calls on speaker phone from high-profile friends and clients, including then-President Trump."

But who is Noelle Dunphy?
According to her website, Noelle Dunphy is a graduate from Columbia University in New York. AS reports she has worked for politicians including former Presidents Donald Trump and Bill Clinton as well as Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
LinkedIn for Dunphy's company Strategic Consultants LLC reportedly says she was "privy" to Trump's "legal files and foreign money". It says she was a "confidential staff" to Guilani.
She reportedly has also turned her hand to acting. Dunphy is said to have modelled in films, commercials, and national magazines. Her website says Dunphy has also worked in television news.
Dunphy is also said to be a board member for Mommy's Heart. The organisation aims to tackle domestic violence while fighting for the rights of parents and children.
Noelle Dunphy is seeking at least $10 million in damages for the cause she claims to have suffered at the hands of the former Mayor. She said she made numerous audio recordings of Giuliani including some in which she says he can be heard making sexual comments, demanding sex and making sexist, racist, and antisemitic remarks.
The former New York Mayor, who gained the name 'America's Mayor' after his role during 9/11, denies any wrongdoing.
A spokesperson for Giuliani said he "vehemently and completely denies the allegations in the complaint and plans to thoroughly defend against these allegations," adding: "This is pure harassment and an attempt at extortion.”
