'America's mayor' accused of demanding employee give him oral sex while on phone to Trump
The former New York Mayor is accused of forcing his employee to join work video conferences naked and engage in "violent sex".
An ex-employee of Rudy Giuliani has filed a lawsuit accusing the former New York City mayor of sexual assault including allegations that he demanded she perform oral sex to him while he was on the phone to clients including Donald Trump.
Noelle Dunphy, a business consultant who worked for Giuliani between 2019 and 2021, said Giuliani discussed work matters with the then President over the phone while demanding sexual acts.
She said the Mayor, 78, enjoyed the act as it "made him feel like Bill Clinton."
Dunphy's 70-page suit cites audio recordings and accuses Giuliani, 78, in graphic detail of subjecting her to sexual assault and harassment throughout her employment.
It reads: "He often demanded oral sex while he took phone calls on speaker phone from high-profile friends and clients, including then-President Trump.

In the lawsuit documents, the alleged victim described, in graphic detail, the abuse she suffered throughout her employment including being forced to join video conferences naked and wear short shorts with the American flag printed on them.
Dunphy said she was often in the room during highly sensitive phone conversations while being forced to perform oral sex.

Other bombshell accusations from the former employee alleged that Giuriani was acting obsessed with her, calling her up sometimes 53 times in one day.
She quotes the significantly older Giuliani making outrageous comments including: "I’m gonna make it a little painful,”, “Be a slut! Be Rudy’s slut," and "I think of you as my daughter. Is that weird?"
She also alleged that he said he would "get in trouble with underage girls" who were 16 but looked 20.
The lawsuit also accuses him of making inappropriate sexual comments about Dunphy and much younger colleagues including one recorded incident in March 2019, where he told he fantasizes about sleeping with her while drinking Bloody Marys.
The lawsuit says: "Giuliani became drunk, and fantasized about visiting a hotel with Ms Dunphy, bizarrely saying during a recorded conversation that he would tell the doorman to wait outside with the luggage so that ‘we do it on the floor in the living room … we don’t even make it to the bedroom. All the clothes come off,’ and telling the doorman, ‘I need time alone with my girlfriend, with my daughter. With my little girl.
"This became part of a pattern in which Giuliani referenced Ms. Dunphy as his ‘daughter’ in the context of sexual activity and made her extremely uncomfortable."
Noelle Dunphy is seeking at least $10 million in damages for the cause she claims to have suffered at the hands of the former Mayor.
The former employee said she made numerous audio recordings of Giuliani including some in which she says he can be heard making sexual comments, demanding sex and making sexist, racist, and antisemitic remarks.
