Passenger allegedly tries to 'punch' flight attendant
Shocking footage shows an angry passenger repeatedly punching a flight attendant while onboard a United Airlines flight on Monday.
The chaotic scene was captured by fellow passenger, Traveler Naya Jimenez, who shared shocking video online.
The aggressive passenger can be seen throwing punches at the attendant on the red-eye flight from San Francisco to Houston, which takes just under four hours in duration.
After hitting the worker several times, the situation took a turn for the worse as the irate passenger attempted to jump out of the plane.

Jimenez told ABC13 that he walked to an exit door at the front of the plane and opened it, planning to jump out, which was still grounded.
“The plane is elevated, so he would have jumped apparently two stories to the ground,” Jimenez said.
The incident apparently began unfolding before the flight took off from San Francisco International Airport around midnight.
Jimenez said the male passenger flew into a rage because she asked his wife and then him to move out of her assigned seat.

He quickly became angry and began physically assaulting the attendant, hitting them with his fists several times, as shocked passengers called for him to stop.
“Oh, my God! Stop! Stop!” one passenger on the plane shouted.
Other members of the flight crew rushed over to help their fellow colleague and pull them to safety.
United Airlines confirmed the incident in a statement to The New York Post.
They said: "On Sunday night, our team at San Francisco International Airport immediately contacted law enforcement officials after a customer became disruptive during boarding.
“We’re grateful to our team in San Francisco for their professionalism in this situation and for looking out for the safety of our customers and their fellow United employees.”
It was not immediately clear whether the passenger was arrested following the disturbance.
