KETCHUP WARNING: Tomato sauce sold in UK recalled amid fears it could contain PLASTIC
A TOMATO ketchup brand sold across the UK has been recalled after the Food Standards Agency (FSA) warned some packs of the product may contain pieces of plastic.

Booker, Britain’s largest wholesale food provider, is recalling Happy Shopper Tomato Ketchup amid fears the product is unsafe to eat.
The sauce is sold in branches of Budgens and Londis across the UK and customers have been warned not to consume the sauce.
The FSA statement reads: "The presence of plastic makes this product unsafe to eat and presents a safety risk.
"If you have bought the above product do not eat it. Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund."

The products affected are the 440g size bottles with a best before
No other Booker products are known to be affected.
