'They are OBSESSED' Panel mocks Brexiteers for boasting about blue passport 'victory'
A BBC panel mocked Britain for spending the entire year "obsessed" with Brexit and the colour of its passport - while they claim the EU discussed serious issues.

Commentators ridiculed the Brexiteer victory of the return of a blue British passport during a BBC Dateline review of Brexit in 2017.
Two of the commentators - Marc Roche and Abdel Bari Atwan - mocked the passport colour announcement yesterday as a symptom of Britain's "obsession with Brexit".
This prompted a backlash on social media, as users criticised the "entirely anti-Brexit panel rounding off this year's BBC Dateline".

Mr Atwan took aim at the "Brexit paralysis" that has hurt Britain during 2017, claiming: "It is all Brexit, Brexit, Brexit.
"The newspapers have brainwashed the British from the real worries of the country."
Marc Roche, who writes for Le Point, added: "Europe is not obsessed by Brexit.
"We are getting on with main issues, such as whether we want a federal Europe or a multi-speed Europe.
"While Britain is obsessed, this year Europe wasn’t."

Mr Atwan then intervened: "One thing is clear, Britain is going back to the blue passport! That is for sure, at the very least."
While this remark prompted laughs on the panel show, social media users accused the panel of being biased against Brexit.
One user said: "The daily drip of Remoaner fuel onto the exit Brexit fire today in the form of an entirely anti-Brexit panel rounding off this year's BBC Dateline London.
"The asymmetric imbalance found in broadcast media makes citizens feel impotent."
Another added: "Another Dateline London panel consisting of those with an anti-Brexit sentiment."
