Under inspection, London's Harrow Council's environmental health team found a mattress, a blanket and rubbish strewn across the inside of the squalid box - as well as discharged faecal matter.
A Harrow Council spokeswoman said the person wasn't there when the health officers inspected his hide-out near an abandoned grocery shop in the north west London area.
