Machete-wielding men in violent clashes on leafy street in Birmingham
SHOCKING video has emerged of a vicious fight between gangs wielding machetes and baseball bats in a leafy Birmingham street in broad daylight.

The brutal clash captured on CCTV broke out in the Sparkhill area of the city at around 4pm on Sunday.
Footage shows two men being chased down the road as both they and their pursuers wielded weapons including machetes.
Men can be seen pouring out of a driveway before one of them tries desperately to start a motorbike and make his escape.
The man and his accomplice are then chased up the road by a gang of men and both sides can be seen wielding machetes and threatening each other.

A resident said: “It was quite shocking. Two men turned up at the home and the next minute it all kicks off.
“They tried to escape on a motorbike but it wouldn't start so they ran off up the street being chased by other men.
“Police and paramedics then arrived and I saw a man go into the ambulance with an injury to his arm. It was a shocking incident.”

Police said three people had suffered non life-threatening injuries in the attack and two were taken to hospital.
A West Midlands Police spokeswoman said: “Three teenage boys, all aged 17, have been arrested for public order offences after disorder in MacKenzie Road, Sparkhill on Sunday August 20 involving three other men.
“A 19-year-old man sustained a slash wound to his arm from a machete and was taken to hospital.
"Two officers gave chase to the suspects and a Taser was drawn but not used.

Three teenagers, all under 17, have been arrested on suspicion of affray, assault and possession of a weapon.
A West Midlands Ambulance spokeswoman said: “We were called by the police at 4.20pm. We sent two ambulances, a paramedic officer and a merit trauma doctor on scene.
“Initially there were three patients but two were taken to hospital.”
