The horrifying explosion after an Ariana Grande concert at the 21,000 capacity arena has plunged the city into lockdown.
And while Greater Manchester Police are yet to confirm an extremist link, insiders have claimed there is “no doubt” the incident is terror related, Sky News reports.
Fusilier Rigby was nearly decapitated by sick killers Michael Adebowale and Michael Adebolajo when they murdered him in broad daylight using a machete.

Fusilier Rigby’s killers screamed “Allahu Akbar” and declared Britain and the US would “never be safe” during their court hearings.
The Manchester Arena incident also comes after the sickening attack perpetrated by Westminster terrorist Khalid Masood last month.
Masood murdered five people including the valiant PC Keith Palmer as he battled to keep the killer away from the Houses of Parliament.

Following the Manchester explosion, Theresa May expressed her support to the tragic victims.
She said: “We are working to establish the full details of what is being treated as an appalling terrorist attack.

And Home Secretary Amber Rudd described the “attack” which “deliberately” targeted young people as “barbaric”.
