GINA Miller has said Remain activists have to listen to and take care of Brexiteers, claiming the Leave vote was a desperate cry for attention that is taking the UK to a "crazy place".
Gina Miller: Brexit was an emotional spasm
Gina Miller said that Leave voters were just crying out for attention and summed up the Brexit movement as just "an emotional spasm".
The Remain activist was speaking to The Convention, a Brexit-centric conference taking place this weekend.
In an attack on political Brexiteers, Mrs Miller said that Remainers like her must fight and speak out because "silence means that the bullies win".

She mocked voters who were obsessed with Brexit, saying that they were pushing Britain to "this crazy fantastical place and this journey we’re on".
However, Mrs Miller then said that Brexit "deeply wounded the country" and she was there to heal this.
The businesswoman and campaigner added: "We need to move away from the Leave-Remain divide.
"But the Remain camp, we are going to have to work harder."

She continued: "We are going to have to hear and engage and respond to all those people ago voted Leave and find out why they voted Leave and understand that cry.
"Because I do think a large populous voted Leave because they wanted someone to listen to them.
"We’ve got to understand why that happened and we’ve got to fix it."

In the bizarre pre-conference interview, Mrs Miller also remarked that her political activism was formed by her admiration for Cuban communist leader Fidel Castro.
She said that her family were good friends with left-wing political leaders such as Castro, and she would grow up listening to them trying to change the world.
