REDCAR SEX ATTACK: Mum walking with toddler is dragged into vehicle and raped by two men
A MANHUNT is underway after a woman and child were dragged into a car in broad daylight before two men raped her.

The woman and her toddler were on the seafront, near a boating lake in Redcar, Cleveland, when they were both snatched.
A dark coloured saloon drove up the ramp towards them, and two men bundled the pair into the rear of the car.
They drove down Turner Street and to Yearby, on Longbeck Lane off the A174, where the woman, said to be in her 30s, was raped.
The horrifying ordeal is said to have taken place on Friday, with the woman and child taken between 11.30am and 12.30pm.
Police have now launched a manhunt for the two men
Between 5.30pm and 6.30pm, the distraught mother and child were forced out of the car in Kirkleatham Lane.
They ran across the road and headed for a wooded area.

The first suspect, the driver, is described as a white male, in his late twenties or early thirties and between 5”7 and 5”10.
He has short brown hair, is of a large build with ‘love’ tattooed across his knuckles.

The second man is said to be a white male, in his early twenties, between 5”5 and 5”6, of medium build, clean shaven with brown hair.
He spoke with a local accent.
After the incident was reported the stretch of seafront where the alleged victim and toddler were taken were cordoned off by police.
Cleveland Police have today released fresh information and details in a bid to catch the alleged attackers.
Temporary Detective Chief Inspector Matt Murphy-King said: “This has been a very traumatic ordeal for the victim and her child.
“Thankfully, incidents of this nature are rare and this is an isolated incident.
They are also asking any witnesses who saw a distressed woman and child
“There are a team of detectives working on this investigation and we have increased patrols in the local area.
“Redcar sea front is a busy area and, as a precaution, I would encourage anyone in the local area to be extra vigilant.”
Detectives are appealing for anyone who saw a dark-coloured saloon in the area at the time of the incident, or later in Yearby, to get in touch.
