Chris Hutcheson, 68 – the dad of the celebrity chef’s wife Tana – was accused along with three of his children.
The charges follow a Scotland Yard probe into claims of email hacking during a legal battle between Ramsay and Hutcheson, who was once his chief executive.
Police said businessman Hutcheson, of Druillat in eastern France, had been charged under the Criminal Law Act along with his sons Adam Hutcheson, 46, Chris Hutcheson, 37, and daughter Orlanda Butland, 45.

All four are due to appear at London’s Westminster Magistrates Court on March 14.
Scotland Yard said the charges arose from allegations that between October 2010 and March 2011 the four “conspired together to cause a computer to access programs and data held in any computer without authority.”
