A 15-YEAR-OLD boy was charged today with manslaughter over the death of a Polish man.

He will appear in court in the New Year.

Jozwik, 39, was chatting in Polish to a friend when he was assaulted outside a takeaway shop in Harlow, Essex.
Police patrols were stepped up in the town which has one of the highest concentrations of East Europeans in the country.

Poland's deputy Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, who was on an official visit to the UK, described the killing as "very sad".
The 15-year-old is due to appear at Chelmsford Youth Court, Essex, on January 6.
No further action will be taken against the five other youths, the Crown Prosecution Service said.
