WATCH: Dashcam captures moment elderly man is 'carjacked' by armed suspects
AN ALLEGED carjacking was caught on camera by dashcam after several suspects surrounded an elderly man's vehicle.

Dashcam footage captured the incident in which a pensioner was allegedly attacked by multiple armed suspects after driving under a narrow railway bridge in Birmingham.
On Monday, the 75-year old was forced to come to a stop driving down a road after a suspect stood in front of his car.
According to West Midlands Police, three men with an imitation firearm and a large kitchen knife forced him to get out of his car before driving off in the vehicle.
The suspects then allegedly drove a matter of yards before stalling the car.

Having witnessed the alleged three carjackers stop, the brave elderly man is understood to have approached the car once more, before being assaulted and thrown to the floor.
Local residents soon appeared after hearing the incident take place.
As the victim refused to hand over the keys to his Ford S-Max, it left the trio with no choice by to sprint away down the road.
In the clip the alleged offenders are seen surrounding the car.

Clearly this would have been a terrifying ordeal for anyone and I want to commend the bravery of the victim.
Investigating Officer Tom Lyons said: "We’re taking this incident extremely seriously and local officers will be patrolling the surrounding area, day and night.
"Clearly this would have been a terrifying ordeal for anyone and I want to commend the bravery of the victim.
"Thankfully he was not seriously injured and his actions prevented the thieves from successfully stealing the car.
"Although the arrest is a significant development we are still looking to identify a second suspect caught on the dash cam footage from the vehicle."
