Police charge man over discovery of burnt body in suitcase in Peak District
A MAN has been charged with murder over the burnt remains of a dismembered body were found in a suitcase.

The move comes after the body of a male, that had been decapitated and was missing both legs and arms, was discovered just off the A628 near Tintwistle in the Peak District on October, 10 at around 12:30pm.
The torso had been stuffed inside a black Samsonite Rhapsody Stockton suitcase
Police have not yet released the identity of the victim as they are still trying to get in contact with relatives but he is believed to be white or light-skinned, aged between 18 and 40 and around 5ft 8ins and 5ft 11ins tall.

Reports suggest the limbs and head have still not been found although the victim was identified after DNA samples were tested.
Police believe the remains were dumped sometime between 9pm and midnight on Sunday, 9 October.
A police statement released on Sunday night read: "A Manchester man has been charged with murder following the discovery of a body near Tintwistle on Monday October 10, 2016.

"Ming Jiang (42), of Falconwood Way in Manchester, was charged this afternoon (Sunday October 23) and is due to appear before magistrates at Chesterfield Justice Centre tomorrow.
"The name of the alleged murder victim will not be released until his family is informed of his death."
