The wooden cabin sits on the exclusive Mudeford Spit in Christchurch, Dorset, which is home to the most expensive beach huts in the country.
The remote sandbank can only be accessed by a 30-minute walk, a ride on a novelty land train or a short ferry trip - and its isolated position is what gives it its exclusivity.
Estate agents Denisons are currently selling nine beach huts at Mudeford which have a combined total price of £2 million.
Measuring 14ft 8ins by 9ft 2ins, the hut 181 is immaculate inside. It is considerably larger than a standard beach hut and can sleep seven people comfortably.
The cabin leads out on to a sun terrace which offers stunning views across the sandy beach towards the Isle of Wight.

According to the agents, it has a modern fitted kitchen area that includes an oven and full size fridge.
Solar panels on the roof provide electricity. There is a spacious living area with two sofas and a mezzanine floor where two people can sleep.
But there are no toilet or washing facilities and the new owners will have to share a communal shower block.

For the £250,000 asking price, buyers could get themselves a seven-bedroom detached house in the Rossendale Valley, Lancashire, or even a ten bedroom hotel in Blackpool.
Danielle Denison from the estate agents said: “It's a beautiful beach hut, up there with the best we have ever sold.
“The huts themselves are stunning but a great deal of the value comes from the location in which they sit.

“Mudeford is an incredibly sought-after area. Purchasing a hut there is about buying in to a lifestyle.
“There is a real sense of community and the owners spend their entire summers alongside one another on the spit.”
