'Complete mayhem' as man is fatally stabbed in broad daylight
A MAN has been stabbed to death at a garage in broad daylight in what witnesses described as a scene of "complete mayhem".

The unnamed victim was pronounced dead at the scene in north Ayrshire sparking a major police inquiry.
It happened at HK Autotek, a car repair specialist on the Moorpark industrial estate in Stevenston around midday.
The emergency services received a large number of calls from the public alerting them to the incident.
One local who lives on Station Road in the town, close to the crime scene, said: "At about 12 noon it was complete mayhem ... there were police patrol cars all over the place.
"I heard a woman shout out: 'Oh no. He's been stabbed'. CID officers were on the scene very quickly and began to interview people in our street. I saw a police helicopter overhead."

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "Police and emergency services responded to a report of a 45-year-old man having being injured in the Moorpark industrial estate in Stevenston.
"The man was pronounced dead at the scene by ambulance staff. A post-mortem examination will take place to establish the cause of death, which is being treated as suspicious.
"Inquires are at an early stage, however detectives are following a positive line of inquiry."
