Children formed a human arrow to help police track down suspected burglars
Detectives said today that after lengthy questioning, the two men have been freed without charges.
Surrey Police say there's insufficient evidence to prosecute the pair, aged 27 and 28, and they have been released.
They were arrested after youngsters formed a human arrow, visible from the air, so police in the helicopter could track down the men.
The Redhill-based National Police Air Service spotter chopper had been called by Surrey Police following a report of intruders at a disused building off Horsham Road in the village of Capel.
Around 30 children and adults were taking part in an Easter egg hunt on Good Friday, March 25, when they spotted the helicopter hovering overhead.
