Man arrested in connection with Paige Doherty's death after body found
A MAN has been arrested in connection with the death of teenager Paige Doherty.

The 15-year-old, from Clydebank, was reported missing on Saturday after when she failed to turn up at work.
Last spotted at a deli in the town, she was due to catch a bus to her part-time hairdressing job, but never arrived at the salon.
Police Scotland today confirmed a 31-year-old man has been arrested in connection with her death.

He is currently being held in custody and is due to appear at Dunbarton Sheriff Court on Saturday.
The arrest comes after intensive forensic activity retracing Paige's footsteps, from the Deli to where her body was found.

Last seen around 8.20am, police are still trying to piece together her last movements.
Officers were seen investigating a nearby house, as well as searching the Deli itself, in Fleming Avenue.
The teenager's mother, Paula Munro, said the family was 'devastated' by her sudden death.
Speaking in an earlier statement, she said: "We are absolutely devastated that we have lost our beautiful little girl."
Local officials also expressed their sadness over the schoolgirls death.
Chief education officer at West Dunbartonshire Council, Laura Mason, described Paige as: "a bright and popular pupil with a good sense of humour".
Police search for clues
Local landmark the Titan Crane will be lit pink tonight in memory to the 15-year-old.
A fundraising page to help with funeral costs has already reached more than £14,000, just one day after being set up.
