Disgraced paedophile Rolf Harris ‘assaulted DISABLED victim’
DISGRACED paedophile Rolf Harris stands accused of indecently assaulting a disabled victim as part of seven new sex charges.

The incarcerated former entertainer allegedly carried out the offences on victims as young as 12 over 33 years, with the earliest charge from 1971.
For the first time it is alleged he carried out a sex attack on BBC property.
The first charge accuses the shamed 85-year-old of an indecent assault on a girl under the age of 14 at the Lyceum theatre in 1971.
The second relates to an alleged sexual assault on a girl, 12, at Radio Victory in Portsmouth in 1977.

The convicted sex offender is also accused of attacking a 27-year-old that same year.
A 16-year-old girl claims Harris assaulted her in 1978 in Jesus Green, Cambridge.
The jailed paedophile is charged with molesting a 13-year-old girl at the BBC's Television Centre White City, West London, in 1983.

There is sufficient evidence and it is in the public interest for Mr Harris to be charged with seven counts of indecent assault
The sixth charge relates to a woman, 19 at the time, who alleged Harris attacked her at a London recording studio in 2013.
He is also accused of groping a 24-year-old woman at the BBC's former HQ in White City.

A Crown Prosecution Service spokesman said: “We have carefully considered the evidence gathered by the Metropolitan Police as part of Operation Yewtree in relation to Rolf Harris.
“Having completed our review we have concluded that there is sufficient evidence and it is in the public interest for Mr Harris to be charged with seven counts of indecent assault."
BBC former building at White City
Operation Yewtree was set up in 2012 to investigate Jimmy Saville scandal and other high-profile figures.
The former TV personality will appear before Westminster Magistrates Court tomorrow after being charged with the seven counts last month.
He is currently serving five and half years behind bars after being found guilty of a string of sex attacks in 2014, some committed on victims as young as eight.
