WATCH: Does this terrifying CCTV video show GHOSTS trashing offices?
FREAKY footage of paranormal activity in an office block has been released showing stacks of paper flying through the air and chairs sliding across rooms – but do you think it’s real?
CCTV from inside an office has caused debate over whether or not it is real

Doors are slammed, drawers ripped open and computer screens flicker in the frightening CCTV footage.
The office block in Manchester is filmed coming alive at night with shadows moving across the walls and door handles being shaken frantically.
The clip was first uploaded in 2012, but is still being circulated by people on social media and by media outlets trying to discover the reason for the ghostly goings-on.
But now a Manchester ghost hunter has claimed the footage from the offices in Castlefield House on Liverpool Road is definitely fake.
CCTV footage has apparently caught papers flying across rooms
Some of the scenes have clearly been edited and there’s a few different signifiers of it that wouldn’t stand out to the untrained eye. But it is really well done
Scott Mackinnon runs Phoenix Paranormal Investigation from his home in Denton and has two decades of experience.
He said: “This video, though extremely well put together, is a fake.
“I did some digging into it and there’s a number of ways that you can tell it isn’t real.
“Some of the scenes have clearly been edited and there’s a few different signifiers of it that wouldn’t stand out to the untrained eye. But it is really well done.”
Computer screens all flashed at once and chairs moved by their own accord the CCTV shows
However, Mr Mackinnon can’t explain exactly how the ghostly goings on were created, or how exactly an expert can spot the video is a fraud – sparking speculation the spooks could be genuine.
Mr Mackinnon helps his clients to identify paranormal activity at homes and businesses. He also led the first team to investigate a haunting at Albert Hall in Manchester city centre as well as at other historic buildings around the region.
And he has discovered that the footage was produced by Manchester PPI claim company Joshua Brookes ltd.
Mr Mackinnon added: “I lead a team of psychics and those that concentrate more on the scientific aspects of the paranormal to try and discover the reason behind any unexplained occurrences or activity.
“If someone is being haunted then we go to them and work out how we can help. But in this case we obviously won’t be needed.”
Joshua Brookes Ltd has been contacted for a comment.
