Ninth woman becomes latest victim of sex attacks
POLICE investigating a string of sexual assaults say a ninth woman has been attacked.

In the latest incident, in Clapham, south London, the victim was approached by a man while her back was turned.
He fled after she called for help just after 5.40pm on Saturday. Chief Inspector Tony Hirst of the Metropolitan Police said: “At this early stage, it is being linked to the previous eight assaults.

The assaults have seen lone women targeted late at night in neighbouring residential areas over the past month.
All of the victims were aged in their 20s and 30s.
Two men have been arrested in connection with the attacks but were bailed pending further police inquiries.
