Neighbour floods his former friend's Audi convertible in row over parking
A COMPANY boss used a hosepipe to flood his Neighbourhood Watch warden’s Audi convertible because he had failed to stop a van parking in their cul-de-sac, a court heard.

CCTV footage showed web design executive Jeremy Hoyle, 43, deliberately spraying water into Christopher O’Brien’s A4 car while washing his son’s car.
The drenching damaged the car’s internal electrics – including the roof mechanism and satnav, leaving company director Mr O’Brien with a £1,000 repair bill.
The neighbours had been friends until “things soured” following a disagreement about the van parking outside their homes in the village of Brockholes, West Yorks, in April last year.
Kirklees magistrates court heard that Hoyle emailed Mr O’Brien, who oversaw the Neighbourhood Watch, to move the van.
But after Mr O’Brien was told by police it was legally parked Hoyle “took exception”.
Bob Campbell, prosecuting, told the court Hoyle “seemed to be obsessed with the complainant and had lost all proportion and acted maliciously towards him”.
The next month Mr O’Brien spotted his neighbour wielding the hosepipe.
Hoyle was yesterday found guilty of harassment and causing criminal damage and will be sentenced next week.
