'Talented' teenager stabbed to death at fundraiser for murdered friend
AN 18-year-old man was stabbed to death while at a fundraising event for a teenage friend who was also knifed to death exactly a year ago.
Joshua Ribera died in hospital early on Saturday morning after being attacked outside TCs nightclub in Birmingham on Friday night.
Ribera had been at the club for a fundraiser for Kyle Sheehan, who was stabbed and killed in the Bartley Green area of Birmingham last year.
Police have arrested an 18-year-old man on suspicion of murder after he attended a police station in Dudley on Saturday morning.
Well-known rap artists Wretch 32 and Frisco have paid tribute to Ribera, who was a grime artist known as Depzman.
Wretch 32 tweeted: "R.I.P depzman. A young talented mc."
Frisco wrote: "Just heard about Depz. Sad man £RIP."

An official Facebook page has been created to pay tribute to the teenage artist and has already gained nearly 30,000 likes.
One person wrote: "R.I.P Depzman. Forever gone and never forgotten! There will always be a place in my heart for you and my music, stay strong fans and make him proud. Your in a better place now man I'm looking up at you".
Detective Inspector Gary Plant said: "We are in the very early stages of this investigation and are appealing to anyone with any information to call us."
