Cash worries greater for women than men says consumer watchdog Which?
WOMEN suffer more from money worries than men, according to a poll for consumer watchdog Which?
The Which? Quarterly Consumer Report found 45 per cent of men described their personal finances as good, compared to just a third of women, and one in four women had no savings at all.
The study will increase pressure on David Cameron to help families struggling with rising costs at a time of stagnating wages.
Which? executive director Richard Lloyd said: “Women are bearing the brunt of the financial squeeze. The Government says it is searching for ways to support women and this survey should make policy makers pause for thought.”
