Beauty of the UK landscape captured in stunning images
ITS a challenge of photographers globally - how to capture that perfect photograph.
But for some of these photographers - the beauty of the British landscape has been captured in just one snap.
Staffordshire-based photographer, David Byrne won the title with a dramatic black and white image of brooding Lindisfarne castle with unusual ‘fishing boat’ sheds in the foreground which impressed the judges.

Mr Byrne said: “I had no expectations of winning; I took the picture because I love monochrome landscapes and Britain has some of the best landscapes you can find.
"Getting in the final was brilliant but to win was out of this world.”
