Blackberry outrage as network is lost across Europe, Middle East and Africa
BLACKBERRY users were left in the dark today as the company lost network connections across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Thousands of Blackberry users were left without services such as email, internet or blackbery messages due to the black out in connection.
The brand soon became the top trending topic on social networking site Twitter after the connection failiure.
Lord Alan Sugar wrote on the site: "I hear that the Blackberry servers are down again no email coming through . Any one suffering. I am not as I use the Samsung S3 now."
One user wrote: "My #blackberry is being annoying today, so its taking me a while to message back need an #iphone !!!"

We are aware of problems with BlackBerry in Europe, Middle East and Africa
It comes on the day that hundreds of Apple fans queue for hours to get their hands on the latest iPhone 5.
A spokesman for Blackberry said: "We are aware that some customers are experiencing problems using BlackBerry services such as email, internet and BBM in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
"RIM are working on fixing this as a priority and we are in regular communication with them. We expect updates shortly."
